Below is our protocol for COVID-19. Any player or team that is not abiding by these precautions will be asked to leave the building. Any repeat offenders will be removed from the league. We want to create a safe playing environment for everyone, so please follow all restrictions/requirements below:

  • Each player must fill out a health assessment prior to each visit to the Complex. This can be found here. We will also be checking temperatures upon entrance to the Complex.
  • Players must get fully dressed outside the rink. You may tie your skates on the blue benches along each of the rinks. Goalies may get fully dressed inside.
  • We will be using the back door to enter the Complex. DO NOT USE THE MAIN ENTRANCE. Please drive around the Complex to the back doors (located on the right side of the building). An EMT will be at the desk to check your temperature and check that you have the health assessment completed.
  • Players may enter the Ice House no more than 15 minutes prior to game time. Goalies may enter 30 minutes before game time.
  • NO LOCKER ROOM USE. If players need to use the restroom, please use locker rooms 11-12 by the zamboni bay.
  • There should be no more than 12 players on the bench at any time. There should be 5 on the ice, with around 10 on the bench. Social distance as best as you can while on the bench.
  • As always, no spitting or dipping on the benches/ice.
  • There will be no handshakes at the end of each game. Teams will line up on each blue line and tap sticks as a show of sportsmanship.
  • Upon completion of the game, please put your mask back on, take your skates off, and exit the Ice House as quickly as possible through the back doors (any of them besides the entry door). We will have designated areas for the next 2 teams to stand/tie skates so our cleaning crew can sanitize the benches that were in use.
  • No lingering around the rink. Once your game is finished, please leave the Ice House. We may be able to have people use our mezzanine upstairs for post-game beverages and socializing, but no alcohol/team gatherings in the parking lot behind the rinks.
