The St. James

The NCSL Summer Combine presented by The St. James will feature college coaches, professional athletes and leaders in business, health, wellness, performance training and medicine from across the region. The Combine will provide players with a platform to learn about the college recruiting process, participate in training led by college coaches, and showcase their skills in small-sided games.

RECRUITING NEWS: The NCAA announced on April 15th that all Division 1 sports will return to normal recruiting calendars as of June 1, 2021. To learn more, please click HERE.  

• For all Combine sessions, The St. James and NCSL will use Veo camera technology to record combine games. Each player will receive access to download footage for their use in the college recruiting process.

In order to maximize player exposure, we have a limited number of spaces so sign up to reserve your spot now! Once the registration window closes, we will open a waiting list. 

Boys and Girls

Rising 8th graders through 12th graders for the upcoming 2021-22 school year.

June 26, 2021

8:30AM - 1:00PM (Girls Session)

2:00PM - 6:30PM (Boys Session)

This will include strength & conditioning Combine testing with STJ specialists, on-field training and 7v7 game opportunities under the leadership of college coaches, and two Zoom panel break out discussion sessions with current and former college athletes and college coaches.

 $179 for athletes who are members of an NCSL youth club; $209 for athletes who play for non-NCSL member clubs

Registration for both COMBINES will close at 7:00pm on June 24, 2021 or earlier if capacity is reached.

• On the days following the Combine, The St. James and NCSL will present a total of (2) Zoom meetings for participants to learn more about the college Admissions process, meet with STJ strength & conditioning experts regarding training and performance, and speak with health care professionals to discuss sports nutrition and injury prevention.

● Small-group training led directly by college coaches
● Several small-sided games to maximize involvement and touches in front of college coaches
● Groupings based on graduation year and information packets for coaches to make player ID as efficient as possible
● Q&A panel via Zoom with college coaches, admissions officers and former players to learn about the college recruiting process
● Q&A panel via Zoom with professional soccer players to learn about the pathway to professional and National Team opportunities

Upon registering, 25% of the 2021 Summer College Combine event fee is non-refundable. All convenience fees are non-refundable. The remaining portion of the event fee can be refunded if requested one month prior to the original date of camp. (Example: The June 26, 2021 Combine will have a refund deadline of May 26, 2021). Since space is limited, no refunds will be given after this date for any reason. After the refund deadline, a full 2021 Summer College Combine event fee credit will be held for the registered player. At no point, will more than 75% of the event fee be refunded. To request a refund, please contact us via email (soccer@thestjames.com). You will receive a confirmation of your refund request within 1-3 business days. Refunds will only be issued back to the card used to register within one (1) week of the request being sent and confirmed. For security purposes, cash refunds will not be issued for credit/debit card or other electronic transactions. Refunds will appear on your statement as a credit from "The St. James". 2021 College Combine event fee credits can possibly be transferred (earliest refund date applies) to a future College Combine event if space is available. There is no guarantee as to the proximity of other sessions of the College Combine event at The St. James. The coaches and instructors in attendance at the Combine do not have any discretion when it comes to determining refunds. Please do not attempt to contact any of the coaches in attendance regarding refunds or insurance claims. A coach’s attendance is confirmed, in writing, before their school is announced on the website. Although it rarely happens, a coach may cancel their attendance for reasons such as, but not limited to, changing jobs, illness, family matters, and transportation issues (vehicle breakdowns, flight cancellations). A coach's lack of attendance is not grounds for any type of refund.
